Holiday Solutions Jamaica Limited was conceived with the goal of providing visitors to Jamaica and Jamaicans with an alternative to hotels. This website provides vacation or villa rentals in Jamaica as well as event locations. We are committed to exposing suitable and economical short-term accommodations for business travelers and vacationers from around the world. Our mission is to ensure that visitors get to experience the real Jamaica and meet the real people. Visitors will experience what life is really like living in Jamaica and see our island through the eyes of the ordinary Jamaican. We offer residents the convenience of having reasonably priced accommodations in a home away from home. Hence our motto is "Housing People Jamaican Style".
Holiday Solutions Jamaica Limited is owned and operated by Jamaican's and so our aim is to show you the Jamaica we know and love and hope that you will come to love and appreciate it as much as we do for all that it has to offer. Our website contains detailed property descriptions, digital photographs, dates that the properties are available and their prices. Each property is updated by that property owner and can be viewed by you in the comfort of your own home.
We strive to expose accommodations that range from very basic to luxurious. We offer two accommodation solutions and also strive to expose locations for events such as weddings, family unions, business retreats etc.:
- Bed & Breakfast: The owner or host remains on the premises and you have either a private bedroom and a private bathroom or a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. The owner either provides breakfast or allows guests the use of the kitchen facilities. Guests are also allowed use of dining and living room areas.
- 2. Vacation Rental or Villa Rental: You have the entire premises to yourself; there is no owner or host staying on the property.
We urge you to read the property descriptions carefully and all the terms to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the property that you are about to rent. We also urge all property to owners to constantly update your property descriptions and pictures so potential renters get a clear picture as to what they will actually be paying for and that no property is misrepresented.
Due to expansion in our business and the needs of visitors to Jamaica we now secure for visitors tours around the island, we secure tickets to local plays and events, provide economical transportation services, car rentals, airport pick-ups, spa weekends and a day spa package at a lovely and well equipped spa located by the beach and in the cool and serene hills of Jamaica. We will take you to the spa and back to your villa or home. We also provide quality wedding co-ordinating and event planning services in Jamaica. We can provide accommodations, event sites, caterers, florists, photographers, transportation, hair and make up artists,invitations and favors. We will create a package to meet your needs.
