A Bed & Breakfast Rental is where the owner or host remains on the premises and you have either a private bedroom and a private bathroom or a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. In this situation the owner remains either provides breakfast or allows guest use of the kitchen facilities. Guests are also allowed use of the dining and living room areas. While a Vacation Rental is where you have the entire premises to yourself, there is no owner or host staying on the property. It should be noted that all facilities are fully furnished and that sheets and towels are provided for both solutions. Our prices includes the rent, utilities (electric, water, local phone calls) and in some cases cable service and internet access. A refundable security deposit is also required. Do you own the properties listed on your website? No we don't own or manage any of the properties we work with. They are either owned by individuals, private companies or by renters. What is the minimum night stay? There is a minimum stay of 2 nights Is there a registration fee for your service? Yes, for our service we charge an initial registration fee of US$20 which if you book with Holiday Solutions will be credited to your booking fee. Do you charge a booking fee? Yes, we charge a fee for our service. Once you have found a property and the rental procedure has been agreed upon by all interested parties our booking fee of 15% of the total rent becomes due. What is the process for renting one the properties? If you see a property on the website that you wish to rent you can contact us by either calling us, filling out a request sheet online or by emailing us. How far in advance should I contact you if I am interested in renting a property? The optimum time frame required is 2 months prior to the beginning of your rental period. We are flexible and will work with you as far as 6 months to 1 year in advance or even a couple days prior. It should be noted that the research process and speed at which we could book a property for you is greatly improved if you select one or more properties from the website send them in with your request. What means of payment do you accept? For our fees we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), payments via paypal,wire transfer to our bank account, certified or bank cheques, personal cheques and cash. For rent and security deposit (if any is required), since these properties are not owned or managed by us any money due to the owner is sent or given to them directly by you. Most of the time they accept money transfer certified or bank cheques, traveller's cheques or cash. Can I rent the property without being present? Absolutely, this is one of the main goals of our company, because you can view all the pictures on the website and we can send you all the information related to the rental by email, you can visualise what it is like without being present. Also because the property owners trust our ability to bring them quality customers they accept bookings from us in advance without meeting you in person. What happens if I want to stay longer than initially required? You first contact us and let us know that you want to stay longer, we will then contact the owner to find out if the property is available for the extended period. If the property is available we will be happy to extend you reservation. It should be noted that there is an additional cost in fees that will be due to us at that time. I am an owner, how can a list my property with you? You can call us, email us or fill in a listing sheet on the website at your convenience. As soon as we receive your request, you will be contacted by us to make an appointment to visit your property. Do you have to pay a security deposit? This varies depending on the property you are interested in renting, some of our owners do require a refundable security deposit while others dont.
