Holiday Solutions Jamaica Limited was conceived with the goal of providing visitors to Jamaica with an alternative to hotels. Thus we provide vacation or villa rentals in Jamaica. We are committed to finding suitable and economical short-term accommodations for business travelers and vacationers from around the world. Our mission is to ensure that visitors get to experience the real Jamaica and meet the real people. Visitors will experience what life is really like living in Jamaica and see our island through the eyes of the ordinary Jamaican. We offer residents the convenience of having reasonably priced accommodations in a home away from home. Hence our motto is "Housing People Jamaican Style".

Holiday Solutions Jamaica Limited is owned and operated by Jamaican's and so our aim is to show you the Jamaica we know and love and hope that you will come to love and appreciate it as much as we do for all that it has to offer. Our website contains detailed property descriptions, digital photographs, dates that the properties are available and their prices. The site is updated daily and can be viewed by you in the comfort of your own home.

We strive to provide accommodations that range from very basic to luxurious. We offer two accommodation solutions:

1. Bed & Breakfast: The owner or host remains on the premises and you have either a private bedroom and a private bathroom or a private bedroom and a shared bathroom. The owner either provides breakfast or allows guests the use of the kitchen facilities. Guests are also allowed use of dining and living room areas.
2. 2. Vacation Rental or Villa Rental: You have the entire premises to yourself; there is no owner or host staying on the property.

It should be noted that all facilities are fully furnished and equipped with the basic necessities. Our prices include the rent, utilities (electric, water, local phone calls) and in some cases cable service and internet access. There are a few owners that require a refundable security deposit.

We strive to ensure that each property offered for rental has been visited and photographed by us. We strive to make sure that the properties are exactly as seen on the website through re-visits to the properties and by asking property owners to notify us of any changes or enhancements to the properties. This ensures that they meet our standards for rental and that no property is misrepresented.

Due to expansion in our business and the needs of our clients we now offer tours around the island, we secure tickets to local plays and events, provide economical transportation services, car rentals, airport pick-ups, spa weekends and a day spa package at a lovely and well equipped spa located by the beach and in the cool and serene hills of Jamaica. We will take you to the spa and back to your villa or home. We also provide quality wedding co-ordinating and event planning services in Jamaica. We can provide accommodations, event sites, caterers, florists, photographers, transportation, hair and make up artists,invitations and favors. We will create a package to meet your needs.

Our aim is to make your trip to Jamaica as comfortable and convenient as possible. In addition, we strive to provide quality service second to none. We will assist you from the beginning to the end of your trip or vacation. We are available to answer any questions you might have and to help with all the paperwork and application procedures. We guide you through each step of the process and do much of the work for you. We always try to do our best to find our clients the best possible accommodation solution within their budget and personal requirements, and if we dont have a property on the website that matches your requirements we will search for a property that does.
